At Cohesive Society, we believe in the power of community, connection, and well-being. We’re proud to support “Walk to Be Healthy,” a free weekly walking session held at Victoria Park, St. James, designed to unite people and encourage healthier lifestyles.
These walks offer a safe and inclusive space for men and women to engage in light physical activity while building bonds within the community. The sessions are gender-specific to respect cultural needs and comfort:
👟 All Men’s Walk – Every Saturday
👟 All Women’s Walk – Every Sunday
Each session concludes with light refreshments and the opportunity to connect, share, and unwind.
Whether you’re looking to kickstart a healthier lifestyle, meet new people, or enjoy the peaceful greenery of Victoria Park, these sessions are a great place to start. With support from The National Lottery and Sport England, this initiative champions diversity, wellness, and community engagement.
